Author Registration is charged per paper at the full IEEE Member or Non-member rate, regardless of student status. IEEE Life Members pay the full IEEE Member author rate. Student and Life Member discounts apply to Attendee Registration only.
The basic Author Registration fee includes one paper. Each additional paper is charged at the same applicable full author registration rate.

Each accepted paper must be covered by the applicable full Author Registration fee, paid by one of its authors by Oct. 18, 2026. Multiple papers may be covered under the same account and Registration ID by registering the total number of papers and paying the corresponding total author registration fee.
For example, an IEEE Member registering three papers pays TWD 71,550 (~USD 2,385) in author registration fees, excluding additional tickets. Each paper must meet the conference's publication and presentation requirements.
In addition, all authors responsible for presentation must register and attend the conference to present their papers on-site. Papers that are not presented will not be published. No exceptions.
If the required Author Registration payment has not been received and correctly processed for a paper, the conference organizers will contact its authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
Cancellation can be made via e-mail (pobsadue@poetry-life.com) and must be confirmed by the secretariat.
For approved cancellations, a fixed administration fee of TWD 4,500 (~USD 150) will be deducted from the refund.
